The Lower level has Pool room with big screen tv, pool table and sleeper sofa. 2 bedrooms, one King with walk out to lower deck and one Queen. The lower deck has a hot tub and walks out the gentle grade to the landing for the private covered dock.

If you must work on vacation, at least you can do it with high speed WI-FI throughout. So kick back, work if you must from the covered porch overlooking Norris Lake. Doesn't get any better than that!

Check-in Procedures:

Check in no earlier than 5PM at rental office. If office is closed you will be given a lockbox code to get your check in packet and will be instructed from there.

Security Deposit:

A security deposit will be authorized on your credit card upon check in. The amount depends on the property you are staying in. This deposit will automatically be dropped off the card upon inspection of the property.

Cancellations:

(a) 60 or Fewer Days. If you cancel your reservation sixty (60) or fewer days prior to your scheduled arrival date, please do so in writing. Our fax number is (877) 353-0929. We will immediately put the Property back on the market for rent. If we successfully rent the Property for the entire period you reserved, we will refund your money less a $100.00 cancellation fee. If we are unable to rent the Property, your payment will be forfeited. [In the event that we are able to rent the Property for a portion, but not all, of the period you reserved, we will refund an amount which equals the payment you have made to us multiplied by a fraction (i) the numerator of which shall be the number of days during your scheduled period which we were able to rent and (ii) the denominator of which shall be the total number of days you reserved the Property. A cancellation fee shall then be deducted from such amount. For example, if you reserved the Property for 10 days and, after you cancelled your reservation, we were able to successfully rent the Property for three of those ten days, we would refund 30% of the amount you have paid less a $100.00 cancellation fee.]

(b) More than 60 Days: If you cancel your reservation more than sixty (60) days prior to your scheduled arrival date, please also do so in writing. We will refund your money less the processing fee & a cancellation fee of $100.00
